The brief
Groomers, trainers, dog walkers, sitters and boarding businesses run their days on paper books, chat apps and booking platforms that take a cut of every booking. Owners keep their pets' records in their heads.
We designed one platform for both sides: a provider tool for bookings, payments, clients and pet records, and an owner app that keeps every pet's profile, visits and reminders in one place. Pawow sets itself up for each trade, from coat and size pricing for groomers to keys and home notes for sitters.

No commission, ever. One flat price from €19 a month.
More than 140 screens across the owner app, the provider app, the provider web and the admin, designed before a line was built. Plus the website, a booking page for every provider, and a brand that feels warm without being cute.
