The brief
Since 2025, every business in Germany has to be able to receive e-invoices. From 2027 the larger ones have to send them, and from 2028 everyone does. Most small businesses still write PDFs, and the tools that solve this are built for accountants, not for the person writing the invoice.
We set the edge before anything else: invoices, done right, and nothing around them. No bookkeeping, no tax return, no bank sync. Receiving and archiving stay free for good, and sending costs a few cents per invoice instead of a monthly plan.
The result
Invoices that are still valid in 2027, from 10 cents each.
Every invoice is issued as XRechnung under EN 16931 and checked against the KoSIT validator, not against our own opinion. Suppliers send to a dedicated inbox address, and everything issued or received lands in one archive that can be exported at any time.
The brand follows the same idea: calm, green and exact. A product that does one job and says plainly what it leaves to the tax advisor.
