The brief

Since August 2, 2026, the EU AI Act requires companies to tell people when they are dealing with an AI system. From December 2, 2026, AI-generated content has to carry a machine-readable marking. The delay everyone read about did not cover these rules, and most affected companies do not know they are affected.

We designed Euvalid as a loop rather than a report: scan a page, disclose what is missing with one script tag, mark images with C2PA credentials, and prove it again on a schedule. A trust product has to earn trust through its method, so the site explains how it checks before it asks for anything.

The result

A free scan, a one-line fix and a badge that only says what can be checked.

The scanner recognises 20 chat widget vendors, and the disclosure renders in 7 languages. Every claim on the public badge is either verified by Euvalid on a schedule or declared by the company, and the two are never shown as one thing.
